TERROIR<\/strong> : Clay-limestone and gravel.<\/p>\n

GRAPE VARIETIES<\/strong> : S\u00e9millon 80%. Sauvignon 10%. Muscadelle 10%.<\/p>\n

AVERAGE AGE OF VINES<\/strong> : 40 years.<\/p>\n

PLANTING DENSITY<\/strong> : 5,500 vines per hectare.<\/p>\n

GROWING METHODS<\/strong> : Short Bordeaux-style \u201c\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u201d pruning. Ploughing and controlled grassing. Removal of leaves.<\/p>\n

HARVEST<\/strong> : Manual with sorting of the harvest in the vineyard. Botrytized grapes.<\/p>\n
