AREA<\/strong> : 8 hectares.<\/p>\n

TERROIR<\/strong> : Clay-limestone and gravel.<\/p>\n

GRAPE VARIETIES<\/strong> : 70% S\u00e9millon. 30% Sauvignon.<\/p>\n

AVERAGE AGE OF VINES<\/strong> : 45 years.<\/p>\n

PLANTING DENSITY<\/strong> : 5,500 vines per hectare.<\/p>\n

GROWING METHODS<\/strong> : Bordeaux \u201c\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u201d short pruning and single Guyot. Ploughing and controlled grassing. Partial removal of leaves, depending on the plot.<\/p>\n

YIELD<\/strong> : 45 hl\/hectare.<\/p>\n

HARVEST<\/strong> : Each manual and mechanical harvest, with sorting of the grapes in the vineyard, is subject to strict selection at the Ch\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n

VINIFICATION<\/strong> : Direct, gentle pressing. Holding and cold settling. Slow fermentation in stainless-steel vats at 17\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

MATURING<\/strong> : Maturing on fine lees for 8 months.<\/p>\n

PACKAGING<\/strong> : Cardboard boxes of 12 horizontal \u201cexport\u201d bottles. Cardboard boxes of 6 horizontal bottles.<\/p>\n

TASTING NOTE<\/strong> : Powerful, fruity nose with citrus notes. Well-rounded, fresh palate, good length with lingering flavours.<\/p>\n
